The Doubletree Hotel, the conference hotel, is located near food, shopping, and entertainment. All rooms have a work desk, dataports, 2 phone lines, high speed internet access available (T1 lines); the hotel has wireless HSIA, a fitness center, and an outdoor pool. A courtesy shuttle is available from the airport. Parking is free for registered guests. A majority of conference events (about 95%) will take place within the Doubletree. King Executive Suites have city views.  The Governor Suites are $182 and are bi-level with the living room downstairs and the bed and bath upstairs. The Governor Suites have river views. LaQuinta The overflow hotel is the Downtown Little Rock La Quinta, which is within easy walking distance (approximately 6 blocks) of the Doubletree. All rooms have free high speed internet, dataport phones, premium cable channels, and a coffeemaker. The hotel is equipped with a business center, fitness center, and a relaxing outdoor pool. American Airlines Group Rate The conference has negotiated a group rate with American Airlines for flights between September 30th and October 7th. At the bottom of the page is the AA.com Discount Code box. Enter A5497AA to get the discount. Driving Most of the major car rental agencies have rental counters at the airport. The hotel is a 15 minute drive from the airport. The conference hotel, The Doubletree, and the overflow hotel, the LaQuinta, both offer a courtesy shuttle to hotel guests. Call to request the courtesy shuttle. Taxis are also available and cost approximately $14 one way without tip. Via the Interstate Highways Because Little Rock is in the center of the state, three major highways lead into it.
