Items not included in the registration fee are the Wednesday visit to Central High ($10) and casual dinner at Curran Hall ($25), and the Saturday Arkansas Riverboat Cruise ($25). Late Registration (from September 2, 2007-September 15, 2007)
Registrants who cancel before August 1st will receive a refund of payment minus a service fee of $25.00. Registration is non-refundable after August 1, 2007. Participants who fail to attend and do not cancel will not receive a refund. We hope you understand the need for this policy. Hotel Information Doubletree Hotel Click here for Doubletree reservations: The Doubletree room block has been filled; please register with the La Quinta. Information is below. The Doubletree Hotel, the conference hotel, is located near food, shopping, and entertainment. All rooms have a work desk, dataports, 2 phone lines, high speed internet access available (T1 lines); the hotel has wireless HSIA, a fitness center, and an outdoor pool. A courtesy shuttle is available from the airport. Parking is free for registered guests. A majority of conference events (about 95%) will take place within the Doubletree. Hotel Costs Double Room (1-2 people) - $103 King Executive Suites are $142 per night. King Executive Suites have city views. The Governor Suites are $182 and are bi-level with the living room downstairs and the bed and bath upstairs. The Governor Suites have river views. LaQuintaThe overflow hotel is the Downtown Little Rock La Quinta, which is within easy walking distance (approximately 6 blocks) of the Doubletree. All rooms have free high speed internet, dataport phones, premium cable channels, and a coffeemaker. The hotel is equipped with a business center, fitness center, and a relaxing outdoor pool. LaQuinta also has a free airport shuttle service (6am-11pm) and convenient free parking. Hotel CostsDouble Room (1-2 people) - $89 La Quinta does not have an online registration system; reservations must be made through the hotel itself.
