Proposal Submission
Before you submit your proposal, please note that:
Single or individual presentations are 20
minutes in length and limited to two (2) panelists/presenters.
Panel presentations are 75 minutes and limited to six (6) panelists/presenters including the Panel Chair/Contact Person.
This program does not allow you to edit your abstract once you have submitted it.
You should prepare your proposal before submitting it!
The information submitted will be used to compile the program--please do not use all caps or lowercase when
submitting your information.
Proposal Submission Deadline is April 20, 2007
NEW EXTENDED DEADLINE: April 27, 2007
For an individual presentation, you will need the following information:
1. Name, emails, and university affiliations of presenters
2. Presentation Title (50 Words or less)
3. Program Insert (25 word description for inclusion in the convention program)
4. Abstract (250 words)
For a panel presentation, you will need the following information:
1. Panel Title (50 Words or less)
2. Contact info for the Panel Chair and each presenter--
this includes first and last name, email address, and university
3. Session Program Insert (100 word description for inclusion in the convention
program--should provide overview of panel and each presentation for readers)
4. Session Abstract (150 word overview) (This should address the panel as a whole)
Then for each presenter you will need,
5. Title of their presentation
6. A 250-word proposal/abstract for their presentation

Please indicate the type of presentation.
